In all my years I have dealt with quite a few insurance agency's. I have never been treated with more respect as I have by all the employees of Florida Strategic Insurance Agency. They have worked with me to get insurance that I could afford on my fixed income. I wish to thank all of these people for all their professional help.

Above and beyond service!!!! My mom got a letter from her insurance company regarding her flat roof, I wasn't sure what to do so I sent an email to my agent and she took over right away. Instead of me calling, Heather took over for me and a satisfactory resolution is in sight! It's nice to know that you have an agent that will fight your battles for you!!! Thank you FSI! You have outstanding agents!

Tito is a great guy to work with. This being the first home for the wife and myself, he was able to answer any question we had, walked us through every step and even ideas to lower the insurance. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Gave great examples to help us understand how the whole insurance thing works in FL. Very prompt service via email or even text. Through the purchasing process of my home (which can be a pain in itself) to proactively evaluating my insurance and needs, especially here in Florida with all the changes. To now we are doing a renovation and my coverage needs have changed.
