Our agent, Jake Thacker, is amazing! He was extremely helpful and informative from the get go. Our previous insurance company never gave us the time of day and Jake came to our rescue! He worked diligently until he got us the correct coverage for a great price in an extremely timely manner. We needed to change our insurance asap since our last company increased our rate by 27% in 1 year and we only had 2 days to get new insurance in place. Jake did it for us in only 2 hours!
