I've had an excellent experience with FSI for several years. They deserve the entirety of their 5 stars for their speed in customer service. They always pick up the phone and they always email back in a speedy manner. My specialist Tito, has been phenomenal and I enjoy working with him.

Evan Collins was extremely helpful in helping us meet a last minute insurance requirement to close our mortgage. Our closing date was the next day when we presented our dilemma and he not only put a solution in place for us in time to meet the deadline, but his experience allowed him to recognize an area where he could save us money.
