Tito was amazing! He came highly recommended by my father who was an Insurance Agent 30+ years. Tito answered the phone on the first ring, got us our paperwork almost immediately and the coverage he found us was also better coverage and a lot less money than our last coverage as well. So thankful for the recommendation!

In an age where customer service seems to be lost it’s nice to know there is still someone out there who prides himself in the adage of professionalism, knowledge, hard work and great customer service. I can’t say enough about everything Tito did in order to help me get insurance on the house I purchased. He went above and beyond and he even worked while he was out of town during hurricane Milton. Now that’s dedication! Five stars is not nearly enough for everything Tito has done. If you are looking for a great insurance agent, I would highly recommend Tito.

Tito is the best. He always answers his phone. He gets me quotes quickly (I am a Lender). I was recently flooded during Helene and he quickly helped me get a new quote for flood insurance and most recently a quote for new home owners insurance. He listens to your needs, answers all questions and always gets back to me same day and usually within an hour! 10 stars for Tito!

Heather Puffer was excellent. She maintained constant contact with us & notified us immediately when we were confirmed insured. We went through Hurricane Milton completely unaware that our homeowner insurance had lapsed. She had us insured immediately after Milton when much of Bradenton was without power & devastation. She, obviously, is very knowledgeable & professional as well as being personable. Thank you so much Heather.
I might add we were fortunate & had no damage to our condo, thankfully.
