We truly appreciate having Tito Cabrera as our insurance agent. He has expert knowledge of the insurance industry, is always available whenever we have questions & a pleasure to talk to. He has helped us so much, especially this year when we found out a couple of months after moving to Tierra Verde that our HOA was transferring the responsibility of carrying all insurance policies over to us as the homeowners. Tito has been such a huge help during this whole process, is very knowledgeable about why this is happening, and found the best options for our insurance needs. We tell everyone they need to have Tito as their insurance agent!

My wife and I relocated to Florida two years ago. After hearing all of the horror stories about obtaining insurance of any kind in Florida we, of course, were concerned. Florida Strategic Insurance resolved that concern almost immediately. These folks are honest, professional, efficient, responsive, personable, kind, and considerate. I have worked with several of their agents, depending on the type of insurance. Stephanie, Char, Aaron, and the receptionist staff are people with whom it is a pleasure to work. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the St. Petersburg area who seeks profession guidance for auto, umbrella liability, content, or any other insurance needs.

I was referred to insurance agent Tito Cabrera by a top notch Punta Gorda realtor. Tito thoroughly researched countless policies, patiently answered all of my questions, and continually evidenced impressive, in-depth expert knowledge of the insurance industry. He also accomplished the impossible by obtaining a reasonably-priced (for Florida) homeowner’s policy from a top notch company for my residence in Cape Coral, the city Hurricane Ian wreaked havoc upon last fall. Tito persisted in overcoming one roadblock to coverage after another in order for me to get approved by the highly-solvent insurer he recommended. Always cordial, always courteous, always professional and patient, Tito made himself available for consultation late into the evening on more than one occasion when the circumstances so warranted. Tito is a consummate professional. You cannot go wrong in seeking his insurance expertise. Ten stars! Highly recommended!!!

Peter Vasti working along side Heather Puffer has been absolutely incredible to work with. He gave us his undivided attention as we navigated through uncharted waters in this tumultuous homeowners and flood insurance market. We had a significant issue right out of the gate with a coverage exclusion and he was relentless making sure our policy was corrected properly and our coverage made available retroactively. Peter is a rockstar insurance agent and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants personal attention and someone to go to bat for them when needed.
